Marketing Manager

Rajakkad Full-time

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Marketing Manager to lead our marketing efforts at our Rajakkad branch. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and executing strategic marketing campaigns to promote our domestic and international tour packages. You will oversee social media management, local and digital lead generation, and build strong relationships with B2B agents and clients to drive business growth. If you are passionate about travel, creative, and love building brand presence, we want you on our team.

Requirements:
* Proven experience as a Marketing Manager, Marketing Executive, or similar role (preferably in the travel, tourism, or hospitality industry).
* Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media management (Instagram, Facebook), and content creation.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills in Malayalam and English (Hindi is a plus).
* Ability to develop local B2B networks and manage offline promotional activities.
* Good knowledge of popular travel destinations and market trends.
* Self-motivated with a track record of meeting and exceeding marketing targets.
